At Emem Akpanumun's carnival like wedding

Never in recent times has a singular private event captivated the attention of the people of Akwa Ibom state, like the carnival wedding of Emem Akpanumun which took place there some days back.

The wedding train flew in from God's own country America with load of party fun. Guests on their part came from different continents of the world and Akwa Ibom state became a tourist haven.

The excitement was in the air and for Emem and her beau, it was a grand home coming and a rain of love was showered on the couple right from the town to the church and then to the grand reception where the wedding party train and their guests had a huge load of fun.

This is one wedding whose memory will be hard to erase, from the minds of the average Akwa Ibomite in a long, long while.
