Entertainment Publicist and Gladiator Cornel Udofia last Sunday, was among the entertainment personalities that were singled out for honours at the annual City People Entertainment Awards, held in
Lagos.

Over the years, Cornel Udofia has been a constant feature at most entertainment events in the city of Lagos. Young Cornel then as he was, first emerged into the entertainment scene, when his zeal for promoting talents took him away from his erstwhile PRO job with the then Newspaper Agents Association. It was his role and versatility in human relations that brought the Association to relevance in the first place. 

With a good disposition, Young Cornel Udofia built a good relationship with newspaper and magazine publishers and with time extended that ability to the electronic media. It was easy for Cornel Udofia to build such massive good relationship because of his humility and passion for promoting the goodness in others. 

Before long, young up-coming talents and those who needed a lift in their careers in the world of entertainment, found hope in Cornel Udofia. And he did have successful stories to tell as a large number of today's successful screen actors, young musicians and comedians, have emerged from his stable.

So also, awards from different sources found their ways to his hands, all through his dedication to improving the lives of young talents in the music, movie and comedy sectors of the entertainment industry.

In recent times, he has set up a group known as CMC Entertainment Group, another platform which he uses to promote more talents.
