Ex Science Minister calls on President Buhari to put an end to killings

Two term Minister of Science and Technology and pioneer Commandant of the Nigerian Army War College, General Sam Momah, has condemned the recent killings around the country, and called on the federal government to carry out an immediate action that will convince the citizenry of their total security. 

According to the retired General, the government has to ensure that culprits are apprehended and brought to justice to enable a deterrent on others.

General Sam Momah equally called on the federal government to put weight behind the grazing bill that will ensure that herdsmen are limited to ranches as against the current situation, whereby herdsman and herds roam around the country, building tension as they move about.
