The President of Association for Formidable Educational
Development, the low cost private schools Mrs. Dada Ifejola, has declared that
her organization is equipped to militarize for Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s
continuity in office, due to his steady giant development and accountability in
the present Lagos state government administration.
Mrs. Dada Ifejola said this while receiving the
Coordinator of Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard, Mr. Seyi Bamigbade, at Mushin
local government, in Lagos, where her group and 57 other co-ordinators were
integrated into the a larger Governor Ambode’s group known as Itesiwaju Ipinle
Eko Vanguard.
Ifejola said her organization which includes parents,
pupils above 18 years old, teaching and non-teaching Staff of Lagos State Chapter,
has join forces with Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard to mobilize for the ongoing
P.V.C registration.
“We acknowledge the Governor for his sustenance efforts
on education developments, quality child education and youth empowerment in the
state, which is why we are calling on all parents and all our staff to
integrate up to one million memberships to register for the ongoing P.V.C
registration.” She said.
The coordinator of Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard, Seyi
Bamigbade in his speech said the integration of the Formidable Group will serve
to accomplish targeted votes for Governor Akinwunmi Ambode in the forthcoming
2019 Governorship Election.
He called on INEC Lagos State chapter to move the
registration close to the grassroots for easy registrations, that the problem
facing people on how to register is too much and the officers needed to come
down to all wards in each Local Council of Lagos State.
He thanked all Local Council Chairmen and Groups for
their endorsement of Governor Ambode’s Continuity, while also advising them to
pay more attention to the ongoing PVC registration than the endorsement for
now.
“The PVC is our power to return Governor Akinwunmi
Ambode with our promised 3 million votes,” he said.
Mrs. Shoyombo the Director General, Quality Education
Lagos State assured all that the Governor’s policy on educational sector
remains at high target on good school environment, well-furnished building and
security of the pupils. “With these in process, the Governor needs to continue
to fully achieve the set goals,” she added.
