| LATE EZINNE MERCY ANUMBA |
With
gratitude to God, the family of Ezinne Mercy Anumba hereby announce her passing
away to eternal glory. Born 27th December 1940, she was married to
Late Dick O. Anumba.
A
devout Christian woman, she was the Sunday Superintendent at Christ Methodist
Church, Umuehihie, Amuda, Isuochi for several years.
She
laboured in God’s vineyard at Isuochi and Aba for which in recognition of her
service and dedication, she was honoured with the Methodist Church’s distinguished
‘Ezinne Award.’
She
rendered community services which included Secretary and Leadership of several
women associations. In life, she was also engaged in rehabilitation of children.
Her
burial is slated for Saturday 31st March 2018, at her home town, Umuehihe,
Amuda, Isuochi, Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State.
She
is survived by six children one of whom is Chief Ody Anumba, SA Intergovernmental
Relations at Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation, Abuja.
