Football fans and enthusiasts could
not hide their joy and deep appreciation to Governor Udom Emmanuel as the
Governor restored free public viewing at the Ibom Plaza providing them the
opportunity to watch the FIFA World Cup.

Fans have since commencement of the
Tournament been seen trouping to the plaza happily to have a feel of the world
cup amidst cheers and applause for Governor Udom Emmanuel who they describe as
a sensitive Governor.
By this gesture of meeting the
demands of his people especially the lowly masses of the Plaza Community,
Governor Udom Emmanuel has scored another plus for the human-angle part of his
impactful administration.
It would be recalled that few weeks
back, the Governor was at Ikot Ekpene interacting with peasant banana traders
along Ikot Ekpene/Uyo Road.
