It is laudable to be entrepreneurial minded but that should not be an excuse for stealing other people's ideas and time.
When you work for an organization as an employee and you also run your business on the side, it is not credible to steal the productive time of your employer for your business.
Do not steal your employers ideas and content for your business. I have heard of employees who poached their company's clients by foul mouthing the company just to take their clients.
There are also those who divert company's resources, entrusted into their care, into their private businesses.
Integrity, honesty and hardwork goes into the scope of entrepreneurship. You don't steal another person's idea to be an entrepreneur, you are an entrepreneur when you become creative with your idea and take actions to execute.
Note this: ENTREPRENEURSHIP and CRIMINALITY should not mix.
