I do recall the Late Dr Gabi Williams. He was one of our Directors and our boss at the Federal Ministry Of Health many years back. He was an unparalleled  good spirited truthful kind unassuming boss jovial caring public servant and boss. I saw him last at operation show your certificate and documents by retired public servants at the Civil Servant's recreation club at Awolowo Ikoyi.

That day, he was his usual friendly, jovial self. Officially I recollect his charming mood at one of my meetings for our project. The manner he chaired and handled matters and issues remain in my memory for ever.

Well, they say every good thing has an end. He will be greatly missed by those who know him. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace. And God give his family, the fortitude to bear the loss.

I pray we all meet in eternity as we all too march towards the unavoidable end.
