The venue for Africa Music Business Summit

It started at the committee room at Ikoyi Club 1938, where Sammy Hassan had put us together some weeks back, to put a book together for the club.

Sammy said we should take a holiday after the book. Oh we've gone all over Nigeria writing one thing or another and he felt we needed a week of rest. He suggested Ghana.

That night Ajayi Oyebo called and invited me to AFRIMA Ghana. I told Sammy and he endorsed a celebrity tour to Ghana. Before we knew it calls sailed in. Our music female legend Gloria Ibru said she would be coming with 6 people, Cornel Udofia, comedians, artistes were all interested and I needed to reduce the number of people for proper management. Especially when ABN TV Houston/Nigeria's Comfort Okoronkwo came on and more people wanted to join.

Yesterday, we were there when AFRIMA Ghana 2018 took off with a welcome party, and happening right now is the Africa Music Business Summit and we are all having fun. Yvonne Chaka Chaka is here, the Ghanaian Minister of Culture is here Mrs Catherine Afeku, Mr Mike Dada, Angela Martins and a host of others.
