DON’T SPARE BANDITS, BE RUTHLESS! PRESIDENT BUHARI ORDERS THE MILITARY

In his quest for peace to return to the country, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, has called on the military, to be ruthless with bandits that are terrorizing the citizens all over the country.

In a statement released by Mallam Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity at the presidency, President Buhari said, “the order has become necessary in view of the fact that the bandits had been killing, maiming and extorting innocent citizens.”

President Buhari gave the order, while addressing 15 Officers and 160 soldiers of the 17^th Army Brigade and Nigerian Air Force 213 Operational Base in Katsina, under the ‘Operation Hadarin Daji’ at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua airport.

President Buhari added that, “it is your responsibility to secure the country.”
