Nigeria’s top music star David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, last night in Lagos, signed an endorsement contract with Craft Methods Limited, owners of the marketing rights for Mario and Juliet diapers and baby wipes.
Davido who has one of the biggest fan followership that cuts across Nigeria, and outside the country, said he was overwhelmed with the quality of the product and says he is seeing the endorsement as a good opportunity, to use to introduce baby diapers to his unborn son who will soon be welcomed to the world.
“Yes, I am expecting a son soon and when he comes, this is the brand of the diaper that he will be wearing. I won't stop at that, I will in the next one year, ensure that this particular product reaches many orphanage homes and motherless babies homes and to others who cannot afford to buy this.”
According to the Chairman of Craft Method Limited, Mr
Cletus Oragwa, having Davido as the Ambassador for ‘Mario and Juliet baby diapers’ is
a dream come true.
“This is something that we have been working on in the past
three years. And now, we are happy that it is finally here. “In the last three
years, we have been into other businesses but we took our time to work on this
because we were careful that what we want to give to the public should be top
quality,” he said.
According to Mr Cletus Oragwa, the products will be all
over the country on the 16th of this month October. Davido signed
the contract on behalf of Davido Music Worldwide.
