Ghana's ace rapper, Obrafour has disclosed how he once lost faith in the existence of God after the early demise of his mother who had been his backbone. According to him, his mother was his greatest inspiration when it comes to his career hence her death came as a big blow to him.
‘I lost faith in God because I never thought I could lose my mother who was my backbone in a way she died. This made me lose faith in God. He explained”
The executioner on Adom Fm’s Work and Happiness Show recounted how broken-hearted he was when he lost the mother. He was in utter despair as he thought all hope was lost for him in life.
‘After my mother’s death I left home to learn rap for survival on the streets’ He lamented.
The godfather of BET hip life award winner Sarkodie and a mentor to many rappers in Ghana said, he never dreamt of coming this far, talk less of becoming this relevant in the Ghana music industry. This he emphasized, has thought him of the fact that God is the master planner of life and hence all thanks goes to him.
Obrafour is set to have a mega concert coming November 9th at the Accra International Conference Center to commemorate two decades of his legendary album Paemuka.
