MEMORANDUM OF SEASONS GREETING

From @kayodeAjulo, the sender (hereinafter referred to as ”The Wishor” and where the context so admits include my personal representatives and/or assigns) wishes to, in a special way convey my season greetings to you, the recipient (hereinafter referred to as “The Wishee” and where the context so admits include the personal representatives and / or assigns to you

1.0. THEREFOR;

1.1. You are hereby enjoined to please  accept without obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for a socially responsible, politically correct, low
stress, non-addictive, gender neutral, celebration practised within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious
persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice,with respect
for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their
choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all .

1.2. I thereby wish you a
financially successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2002, but with due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures or sects, and having regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith, choice of computer platform or sexual preference of the Wishee.

2.0. IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT: By accepting this greeting you are bound by these terms that:-

2.1. This greeting is subject to further clarification or withdrawal.

2.2. This greeting is freely transferable provided that no alteration shall be made to the original greeting and that the proprietary rights of the Wishor are acknowledged.

2.3. This greeting implies no promise by the Wishor to actually
implement any of the wishes.

2.4. This greeting may not be enforceable in certain
jurisdictions and/or the restrictions herein may not be binding upon certain Wishees in certain jurisdictions and is revocable at the sole discretion of
the Wishor.

2.5. This greeting is warranted to perform as reasonably may be
expected within the usual application of good tidings, for a period of one
year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first.

2.6. The Wishor warrants this greeting only for the limited replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the Wishor.

3.0. NOW WITNESSETH THAT:

3.1. Any references in this greeting to "the Lord", "Father Christmas", "Our
Saviour", or any other festive figures,
whether actual or fictitious, dead or alive, shall not imply any endorsement
by or from them in respect of this greeting, and all proprietary rights in
any referenced third party names and images are hereby acknowledged.

3.2. That the Wisher's greetings supersedes any other  greetings that may have been sent prior and in the event of any conflict as regards the greetings , the greetings herein prevails.

3.3. That without prejudice to the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt,  the greetings herein relates to seasons greeting and all appertaining thereto.

3.4. That however the same shall apply mutatis mutandis to Christmas and the New Year celebrations.

3.5. That the greeting is given without any consideration but in very best of bona fide and with highest regards and consideration.

3.6. That the greeting is made under Nigerian Law.
