Akwa Ibom State Info Boss Ememobong, felicitates with Sir Charles Udoh

--- As Environment & Petroleum Boss Expresses Gratitude to God On the Gift of Life

It was indeed nostalgic as the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Comrade Ini Ememobong led his Permanent Secretary, Mr. Inyang Jameson and other senior staff of the Ministry to felicitate his predecessor in office, Sir Charles Udoh, the Commissioner for Environment and Petroleum Resources, on his 2020 birthday.


At the event, which held at the Shelter Afrique residence of Sir Charles Udoh, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy remarked that, the delegation from the Ministry was on the visit to celebrate the Environment Boss on his birthday and also felicitate him on his laudable contributions to the development of the Information sector as the immediate past Commissioner for Information.

Comrade Ini Ememobong wished him a happy birthday and many years ahead in good health and prosperity on behalf of the Management and entire staff of the Ministry of Information and Strategy.

Responding, the Commissioner for Environment and Petroleum Resources, Sir Charles Udoh, expressed happiness at the visit by his successor, Comrade Ini and and his team, and thanked God for the benevolence upon him over the years, especially the gift of good health and divine protection.

''I want to particularly thank God for this year. which has been very challenging to everyone of us, but God has preserved me till today despite the difficulties of the times", he said


Sir Charles Udoh commended his predecessor for identifying with him on his birthday and for the gifts presented to him and his family.

Present at the occasion were: the Dean, College of Directors in the Ministry and Director of Technical Services, Mrs Blessing Urua, the State Director of Information, Akparawa James Edet, the Director of Public Relations, Mrs. Grace Akpan, Director of Administration, Mrs Tiuba Ndonufit and the Director of Strategy, Mr. Joseph Etem.

Others were: the Head of Account, Mrs. Glory Usoroh, Head, Research, Planning and Statistics, Mr. Peter Antai and Assistant Director In-charge of Ikot Ekpene Zone and the Commissioner's office, Mr. Aniekan Ukpong.

Highpoint of the visit was the presentation of gifts and personalized birthday card to the Commissioner for Environment and Petroleum Resources, Sir Charles Udoh by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Comrade Ini Ememobong.
