It was an emotional moment when over the just ended weekend, prominent businessman and politician Chief Kenny Martins paid a courtesy call on ailing Nollywood veteran Sadiq Daba.

An excited Chief Kenny Martins later told this blog that, “I just met with Sadiq Daba in his home. He was very much in high hope and spirit. He was thanking Nigerians for their concern and support. I spoke to Soni Irabor, who is coordinating a donation drive for Sadiq, while I was there."

This Blog found out that, a family friend of Chief Kenny Martins, called Sadiq and committed N10m to the fund being raised for him. With that, the fund has reached almost half way its target.”

Chief Kenny Martins called on members of the public, to donate generously to the fund drive.
