It was an emotional moment for just-retired Coordinator of the South West zone of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, NCFRMI, Margaret Ukaegbu, and the entire staff of International Organization for Migration, Lagos, as the organization, hosted her to a surprise farewell party.
Margaret Ukaegbu was invited to IOM office unaware of a grand ceremony that awaited her.
And that wasn't all! Amidst words of commendation she was presented with 'mouth-watering' luxury items.
In the course of duty over the years, Margaret Ukaegbu had the opportunity to interract with the organization and built goodwill that made her to deserve the encomiums.
Soaked in gratitude, Ukaegbu thanked IOM and the entire staff, urging them to build a career worthy of emulation and commendation.
