The burden of a father: "I knew my son would die 6 months earlier" - Ebenezer Obey

Nigerian music icon, Evang. Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi has disclosed that he knew his son would die 6 months ago, before it finally happened last week.

 

"Doctor told me he would die due to his ahuse of alcohol."

"I had talked to him severally about it but to no avail."

Still sad and mourning, Ebenezer Obey has set up “Freedom from Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Ministry (FADAM)” to preach and campaign  against alcoholism and drug addiction among Nigerian youths, to save them from what killed his son.

Olayinka Obey-Fabiyi died on July 28, 2022 at the age of 48.
