I am a street man. I know your language. I am amongst you. I grew from bottom to top. I know when someone is hungry because I have been hungry before. I have paid my dues in life: I've washed plates, I have swept the floor, I have hawked soft drinks on the streets of Lagos; all these prepared me for today. My humble beginning prepared me to understand the yearnings of people at the grassroot level. Akwa Ibom needs someone who will create jobs, build infrastructure, engage in rural development, improve the healthcare system; someone who will ensure that people in the rural areas have access to healthcare, and someone who will create small scale enterprises to ensure that our youths have what to do…by the grace of God, I’m that man…”
