It's Nollywood actor Bob-Manuel Udokwu's 60th birthday, and though at work in Akwa, Anambra state, goodwill messages has been knocking his door since the last few days, and even overwhelmingly more so today.
Top on the list of goodwill messages came from President Muhammadu Buhari, who congratulated the Nollywood actor, Bob-Manuel Udokwu on his 60th birthday, in a message signed yesterday, in Abuja by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.
Buhari hailed Nollywood, and commended Bob-Manuel for featuring in over 200 movies, and for his role in the structuring of the second-largest movie industry in the world, with a strong global presence and recognition, serving in various capacities as actor, director and producer.
Buhari also said he admires Bob-Manuel's courage for veering into politics and public office, and working with 3 governments and currently the Special Adviser to the Governor of Anambra State on Entertainment, Leisure and Tourism.
The birthday 'boy' has not ruled out the possibility of light entertainment later in the evening today with few friends and family members, but says he looks forward to Saturday, where he hopes to host more friends and well-wishers.
